TBS hadn’t even been “on the table,” not even for short term loans or appearances on the George Lopez program. President Steve Koonin of Tuner Entertainment Networks is happy to see the shift: “For decades, late-night TV has been dominated by broadcast television. Now, with a young audience and a growing late-night lineup, TBS is set to be the choice of comedy fans for years to come.” Conan O’Brien is in a position where he can take the late night crown.
