Leading games web site IGN.com and HDFILMS INC. Whose president Jace Hall is the Executive Producer behind the hit ABC television show V : The Series and other video game webisode have partnered to bring Season 3.0 of The Jace Hall Show completely to IGN.com. The move marks the latest in a series by IGN to align with major entertainment brands to broaden its appeal among mainstream audiences.

Described as Curb Your Enthusiasm meets Attack of the Show, The Jace Hall Show follows the Gamer-meets-Hollywood cross-culture escapades of host Jace ( Jason Hall ) an enthusiastic gamer, accomplished TV and videogame producer and founding father of HDFILMS. The weekly, short form online program fuses celebs, computer games, internet culture and humor, featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes photographs and interviews with the hottest game developers, actors, musicians, athletes and more.

The Jace Hall Show joins IGN’s already-robust line-up of originally-produced and 3rd party video content. According to comScore Video Metrix for December 2009, IGN more than doubled its closest competitor in the gaming information category in videos streamed.

In the show’s 3rd season, Jace and crew will introduce a new roster of celebs and gaming industry personalities, as well as direct spin-off media elements with established and upcoming music companies and apparel brands. The show’s first 2 payments have drawn in more than 8,000,000 spectators to date, underlining the obvious infiltration of games into the popular culture main line.

In addition to featuring its video content on the site, IGN.com syndicates some of its video offerings to external partners including Xbox Live, Yahoo!, Hulu, MySpace and more. 15 million video streams were watched on IGN’s YouTube channel in December, and the channel has quickly grown its customer base to more than 170,000 users, overreaching the likes of Oprah, ESPN and the NHL.
